Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Easy Bingo Scanner mobile application (the "App") operated by Lightwave Studios ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Easy Bingo Scanner is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lightwave Studios. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.
The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription to remove advertisements. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings at Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
The free version of the App displays advertisements served by AdMob by Google. By using the free version of the App, you consent to the display of such advertisements. You may remove advertisements by purchasing the ad-free subscription.
The App requires access to your device's camera and microphone to provide its core functionality. Camera access is used to scan bingo cards. Microphone access is used to listen for bingo number calls. This data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though doing so will limit the App's functionality.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lightwave Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including Google AdMob. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
